  • Slow Cooker


  • 4-6 Pork Chops Bone-in or boneless
  • 1 med Onion, sliced into rings
  • 1 med Sweet pepper, sliced into rings
  • 1 can 14.5 oz Whole cranberries
  • 1/4 cup Honey Can substitute brown sugar
  • 1/4 tsp Salt Optional
  • 1/8 tsp Pepper Optional


  • Place pork chops in the bottom of the slow cooker
  • Cover pork chops with onions, peppers, cranberries, honey, and seasonings
  • Turn the slow cooker on low
  • Cook for 6-8 hours (4 hours if on high)
  • Serve with your favorite side dishes and enjoy!
