Pancake Mix, Gluten Free
Gluten free pancake mix recipe

Ingredients to make 2 ½ lbs of mix
- 9 cups All- purpose gluten free flour mix
- 1 cup Sugar
- 3 Tbsp Baking powder
- 2 tsp Salt
Ingredients for 8 -10 Pancakes
- 1 cup Pancake mix
- 1 cup Dairy free milk
- 1 large Egg
- 2 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Canola or Vegetable oil
- 4 Tbsp PB Fit Optional, for extra protein
Pancake Directions
Preheat a pan with EVOO over medium heat
Add 1 Tbsp of pancake batter.
Carefully flip the pancake when batter begins to bubble, about 3 minutes
Allow to cook for 2-3 more minutes or until golden brown
Serve immediately or freeze
